The iSE412 infrared camera core features a cutting-edge shutterless design based on high-performance 384×288/12μm ceramic-packaged thermal detector, supporting silent, calibration-free and ultra-smooth continuous imaging. It integrates super-resolution optimization, picture-in-picture, power-saving sleep mode and more practical functions, with full compatibility for various lenses, displays and video interfaces. Its small size (25.4×25.4×22.7mm) and light weight (≤26g) enable flexible installation in limited spaces. Stable, reliable and highly expandable, it is a premium core solution for industrial vision, security monitoring, firefighting rescue and intelligent consumer devices.

What is the Classification of Infrared Focal Plane Arrays?

According to the cooling method, infrared focal plane array can be divided into cooled and uncooled thermal imaging detectors. The cooled FPA infrared detector mainly adopts Dewar bottle/quick start throttling refrigerator and Dewar bottle/Stirling cycle refrigerator at present. While the uncooled FPA thermal IR detector works at room temperature. It is the core of uncooled thermal imaging system. The most common heat-sensitive materials include vanadium oxide (Vox) and amorphous silicon (a-Si). Vanadium oxide material is the mainstream choice in the current market; it has a high temperature resistance coefficient, and high thermal sensitivity.
