The iSE412 is a high-performance miniaturized infrared camera core independently developed with a 384×288 resolution and 12μm pixel pitch ceramic-packaged thermal detector. Different from traditional shutter-type infrared modules, it adopts a shutterless imaging architecture, which eliminates periodic shutter calibration operations, fundamentally solves the problems of frame discontinuity and noise surge during observation, and improves the continuity and stability of thermal imaging.
The product integrates multiple image processing algorithms and functional modules, including super-resolution enhancement, picture-in-picture display, user-defined OSD parameters, sleep power management, electronic zoom and one-click calibration. It achieves adaptive matching with multiple optical lenses, extension modules and Micro OLED displays, and supports diverse video output interfaces.
With compact overall dimensions and lightweight bare core design, the module can adapt to confined installation environments and strict operating conditions, and is widely applicable in industrial machine vision, fire emergency rescue, public security surveillance, outdoor reconnaissance and consumer electronic thermal imaging equipment.

The iSE412 thermal camera core is widely used in Industrial Vision, Firefighting and Rescue, Security Surveillance, Outdoor Observation, Machine Vision, Consumer Electronics etc.
Ceramic packaging process is similar to metal packaging, which is a mature infrared detector packaging technology. Compared with metal packaging, the volume and weight of the packaged detector will be greatly reduced. For ceramic packaging, its readout circuit has self-adjusting operating temperature function and does not require TEC stabilization.
